The Dining Car comes in under my current first place tie of Staff Meal and Go Fish.
I've gotten to eat from this truck twice, and both times have been scrumptious occasions that didn't even make me regret breaking my diet plans for the day.

I'm either slowing developing a taste for lamb or theirs was really good, though the chili itself could've been a bit richer, spicier and and hotter (temperature-wise).

The jalapeño corn pudding was moist and yummy, with nice pieces of jalapeño and corn throughout. I only wish the jalapeños had been a bit hotter!

So far, this seems like one of those food trucks that will always have an interesting menu (at least half of which changes every few days) and consistently delivers deliciousness. I'm just going to have to give in to the fact that whenever I go to physical therapy on Tuesday afternoons, I'm always going to wind up eating lunch at whichever food truck is in front of the library at the time. There are worse problems in life.
